Insider Tips

01

The One Thing

Position yourself in the left-center field bleachers directly adjacent to Bernie Brewer's slide for the sixth inning. When a Brewer hits a home run and Bernie comes down the slide 20 feet from where you're sitting, it is the most purely joyful moment in Milwaukee baseball.

02

The Spotted Cow Rule

Drink a New Glarus Spotted Cow. It is brewed in New Glarus, Wisconsin and sold only in Wisconsin. You cannot buy it anywhere else in the country.

03

Stay for the Sausage Race

The Famous Racing Sausages run in the sixth inning. Stay for it regardless of the score. Pick your sausage and commit.

04

Arrive Early

Usinger's sausage stands and the Klement's bratwurst carts are best before the first-pitch rush. Get a bratwurst with sauerkraut and stone ground mustard before you find your seat.

05

Parking Reality

American Family Field is car-accessible from I-94 and Highway 894. Multiple lots surround the stadium. Brewers pre-sold parking packages are the simplest option.

06

Best Value Seat

Loge level sections 201–215 along the first base line. Under the roof overhang, reasonable prices, good sight lines, and a clear view of the retractable roof mechanism.
