The Food

The Signature

Stockton Asparagus Fries

Featured Stand

The Central Valley Delta grows a large portion of California's asparagus. Banner Island Ballpark's asparagus fries — fresh-battered, deep-fried asparagus spears served with ranch — are a genuinely regional ballpark item found nowhere else.

Delta Local

Portuguese Linguiça Hot Dog

Main concourse

Stockton has a historic Portuguese-American community. The linguiça dog — a smoked pork-and-garlic sausage from the Azorean tradition — served in a toasted hoagie roll is one of the most distinctive regional ballpark foods in all of Single-A.

A nod to the Central Valley agricultural heritage — a beef burger topped with roasted Hatch green chiles, pepper jack, and chipotle mayo.

Insider Tips

01

The One Thing

Order the Stockton asparagus fries. They exist nowhere else. The Central Valley grows a massive portion of California's asparagus and this is the only ballpark that honors it.

02

Best Seat in the House

Upper concourse sections on the first base side give you the Delta waterway views beyond the outfield. The San Joaquin River is visible on clear evenings.

03

Getting There

Banner Island Ballpark is in downtown Stockton on the waterfront. Street parking is available nearby, and several lots within two blocks are free on weekdays.

04

New Opponent Note

The Ontario Tower Buzzers join the California League in 2026 — Stockton's first game against the new franchise is a road trip in June, then they host Ontario in the final home series of the season in August.
