Comerica Park opened in 2000, replacing Tiger Stadium. Located in downtown Detroit's Foxtown district, it features elaborate tiger sculptures and a Ferris wheel in the outfield.

Eat a Coney Dog from American Coney Island's stand. Two Coney Dogs — natural-casing beef frank, beanless meat chili, yellow mustard, diced white onion. American Coney Island has been on Lafayette Street since 1917.
Buddy's Detroit-style pizza — thick, square, cheese-caramelised edge crust — is the other mandatory Comerica food. Buddy's invented the style in 1946.
Arrive early to walk the main entrance Tiger Plaza and look at each bronze statue — Ty Cobb, Hank Greenberg, Charlie Gehringer, Al Kaline, and Willie Horton.

The QLine streetcar runs along Woodward Avenue. Multiple parking garages available. The post-game Midtown restaurant district is the best in the AL Central.
Upper deck sections 330–347 along the first base line. The deep center field (420 ft) is appreciated from elevation and tiger scoreboard statues are in sightline.
