LOS ANGELES DODGERS

Dodger Stadium opened in 1962, making it the third-oldest actively used park in MLB. Built in Chavez Ravine, it was the first privately financed MLB stadium since Yankee Stadium in 1923.
The terraced hillside design allows fans to enter at their seating level, eliminating ramps. The San Gabriel Mountains provide a stunning backdrop beyond the outfield pavilions.

All Sections
Sun sets behind the outfield; most seats shaded by 5th inning of evening games.
Get to your seat early enough to watch batting practice with the San Gabriel Mountains in the background beyond center field. On a clear evening in April or October, this backdrop is the most visually stunning in outdoor baseball.
The Premium Dodger Dog (grilled, field level) versus the Original Dodger Dog (steamed, everywhere) is a genuine preference question. Get one of each and decide for yourself.
Dodger Stadium traffic is legendary and the only way to avoid it is to be there first. Parking opens 2.5 hours before first pitch. Gates open 2 hours early.
Leave when you want — traffic will be bad regardless. The alternative is to stay until the full post-game fireworks finish (Friday and Saturday games) and then let the first wave of traffic clear.
Dodger Stadium is accessible primarily by car. There is no direct rail connection. The Dodger Stadium Express bus runs from Union Station on Metro. Lots are $35+ and post-game exit is a 45-minute crawl.
Top Deck sections along the foul lines. Good sight lines, the mountain backdrop is fully visible, the prices are the lowest in the stadium, and you develop shade earlier than field-level seats.
