FredNats Ballpark opened in 2022 as one of the newest stadiums in the Carolina League. Built to current professional standards on the outskirts of historic Fredericksburg, it replaced the aging Salem-based arrangement and established a permanent Fredericksburg baseball presence.

Name uses the team's popular "FredNats" shorthand — a fan-coined nickname. One of the few modern MiLB ballparks named after the team rather than a corporate sponsor.

Third base side gives you a view across the stadium toward the Fredericksburg historic district in the distance. First base reserved sections are in shade by the 4th inning on evening games.
History Detour
Fredericksburg has four Civil War battle sites within the city limits. The National Park visitor center is 10 minutes from the ballpark — make a full day of it.

I-95 exits are within 2 miles of FredNats Ballpark. Ample parking in adjacent lots. The VRE commuter rail Fredericksburg station is walkable from the stadium on train-running days.
