LAS VEGAS AVIATORS
Las Vegas Ballpark
The most Las Vegas thing in professional baseball — a minor league ballpark in the master-planned Summerlin suburb with a swimming pool beyond the outfield wall where fans watch the game from the water. Las Vegas Ballpark opened in 2019 with a pool, a beer garden, a left field party deck, and the permanent ambient temperature of the Mojave Desert. The Oakland A's are using this as their transitional AAA home while their Las Vegas MLB stadium is constructed.

Architecture & History
Las Vegas Ballpark was designed by HOK and opened April 9, 2019 in Summerlin, the master-planned western Las Vegas community.
The pool beyond the outfield wall is the park's defining feature — an in-ground swimming pool available for group bookings.
The Oakland Athletics' Las Vegas MLB stadium is under construction. The relationship between the A's MLB future and the Aviators' present makes this the most transitionally significant market in professional baseball.

Sun & Weather Guide
AVOID: Any game before 7 PM June-September
Las Vegas summer day games are genuinely dangerous. June through September temperatures regularly exceed 110°F.
7 PM starts — Mojave cools after sunset
Las Vegas evening games are comfortable in summer — the desert temperature drops dramatically after sundown.
Beyond the outfield wall — swim and watch
The outfield pool is available for group bookings. Swimming while watching professional baseball under the Las Vegas night sky.
March-May and October — ideal conditions
Las Vegas spring and fall games are among the most comfortable weather baseball experiences in the PCL.
Standing room — best social atmosphere
The left field party deck is the most social space in the park — bar service, pool view.
Exposed but manageable after 8 PM
Right field bleachers remain warm after sunset but the desert temperature drop makes them comfortable by the fifth inning.
Insider Tips
The One Thing
Book a pool spot and watch the game from the water. Swimming in the Mojave Desert while watching minor league baseball happens only here.
Evening Only in Summer
Do not attend a game before 7 PM from June through September. The Mojave Desert summer is not a suggestion.
Parking Reality
Las Vegas Ballpark is suburban Summerlin and car-dependent. Drive or rideshare from the Strip — about 20 minutes west.
Best Value Seat
Right field bleachers — comfortable on summer evenings after 8 PM.
