TULSA DRILLERS
ONEOK Field
ONEOK Field opened in 2010 in downtown Tulsa — the city that oil built, where Art Deco towers from the 1920s boom still define the skyline, and where the Greenwood District (Black Wall Street) was destroyed in the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The Drillers are named for the petroleum industry.

Architecture & History
ONEOK Field opened in 2010 in Tulsa's Greenwood District, replacing Drillers Stadium. Designed by Populous, it anchors the eastern edge of downtown and connects to the Brady Arts District.
The Drillers name honors Tulsa's oil heritage—the city was once known as the "Oil Capital of the World." ONEOK Field's design includes Art Deco touches that reference Tulsa's distinctive architectural legacy.
Tulsa's Greenwood District holds deep historical significance as the site of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The nearby Greenwood Rising museum provides important context. The ballpark has contributed to the area's revitalization.
