PALM BEACH CARDINALS
Palm Beach Ballpark
Palm Beach Ballpark is the spring training and High-A home of the St. Louis Cardinals in Jupiter, Florida — a shared facility with the Miami Marlins' Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium complex. The park is in the heart of the Treasure Coast, where Jupiter's waterfront and the Loxahatchee River define the landscape. High-A baseball in South Florida means spring-training-quality facilities, palm trees beyond the outfield, and the particular baseball atmosphere of a warm-weather minor league city.

The Food
Florida Gulf Shrimp Basket
Florida Gulf shrimp — caught from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, breaded and fried or grilled — is the most geographically honest food at a South Florida baseball park. Served in a paper basket with coleslaw and cocktail sauce.
Cuban Sandwich

The Cuban sandwich — slow-roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread, pressed flat — is South Florida's most specific contribution to American food.
Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie — tart, dense, with a graham cracker crust — made with Florida Keys lime juice is the state dessert.
