OMAHA STORM CHASERS
Werner Park
The home of one of baseball's best franchise names — the Omaha Storm Chasers, named for the storm chaser community that thrives in the Great Plains tornado corridor west of Omaha. Werner Park opened in 2011 in the Sarpy County suburb of Papillion with a tornado-themed scoreboard and the most meteorologically appropriate minor league identity in professional baseball.
